Billing and refunds
Choose “Billing and payments” in the form. Tell us the email address on your account and what you were charged, and we will look into it. You can also manage or cancel a subscription from Subscription Management once you are signed in.
Think a result is wrong?
Tell us which tool you used and roughly when. AI percentage estimates can be inaccurate and can differ between detectors, and we will always explain what the result does and does not mean.
Your data
You can delete individual pieces of writing, clear your history, or delete your account data yourself from Account Settings. If you would rather we did it, send a “Privacy and data” message.
